  Emergency Boil Water NoticE LIFTED
    -Woodland Subdivision-

--UPDATE--

12/07/2024

RESULTS FROM WATER SAMPLES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE LAB.

NO CONTAMINATION OCCURRED.

BOIL WATER NOTICE HAS BEEN LIFTED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, a boring contractor working along Lutheran Church Rd. struck the main waterline that provides water service to the Woodland subdivision.  Topsey WSC crews are currently making repairs to the waterline and will remain onsite until services are restored.

After water service is restored, all properties within the Woodland subdivision will be under a boil water notice.  Water quality samples will be collected and sent to a lab for processing.  Results from those samples will be available within 24-48 hours after delivery to the lab.

Future updates will be posted here to this notice.

TWSC RATE INCREASE EFFECTIVE December 2024

The upcoming TWSC rate increase is a direct result of the CCCUA rate increase implemented on October 1, 2024.  This adjustment is necessary to ensure continued service quality and sustainability.  The TWSC rate increase will take effect in December 2024 and will be reflected in your January 2025 water bill.

We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these necessary changes.
